[셀프이민수속] #12. Interview!

Donochi 2016. 5. 12. 12:11

드디어 인터뷰 일정이 잡혔습니다.

Thank you for your application for a resident visa under - Skilled Migrant category. We received your application on 05 February 2016.

Interviewing you about your application

We need to interview you and your partner before we can make a decision on your application. The interview is needed because you do not have current skilled employment that meets our requirements.  We need to assess if you can demonstrate the ability, or potential ability, to successfully settle in and contribute to New Zealand.

The information we obtain from this interview, together with the documents already on file, will allow us to make a decision on your application. Following the decision, we will write to you to convey one of three outcomes:

[if !supportLists]        [endif]If we are satisfied that you have a high potential to readily obtain skilled employment in New Zealand, you will be assessed as having demonstrated the ability to successfully settle in and contribute to New Zealand. Subject to meeting other relevant requirements, you may be granted residence.

[if !supportLists]        [endif]If you are assessed as not having demonstrated the ability to successfully settle and contribute but can realise your potential to do so in the future, your residence application may be deferred and you may be eligible for a job search work visa instead.  This visa will give you the opportunity to realise your potential by securing skilled employment in New Zealand. Whether or not your residence application can be approved at a later date will depend on whether you can secure an offer of skilled employment during the deferral period.

[if !supportLists]        [endif]If, as a result of the further assessment, you have not demonstrated you can realise your potential to settle in and contribute to New Zealand, your application for residence under the Skilled Migrant Category will be declined.

I will discuss these three options further with you at the interview.

During the interview I will ask you about your prospects for skilled employment, your familiarity with New Zealand and any support networks you have. The interview will take up to 45 minutes.

Please note I will be conducting the interview on behalf of immigration officer Pebble Shi.

We have arranged the following appointment for your interview:

Date:  19 May 2016(Thursday)

Time:   2pm Beijing time.

I will need to call you on a landline telephone where you have access to a quiet space without interruptions. Please inform your preferred landline number so I can call you.

You must tell us about any relevant facts or changes in circumstances that may affect your application.

Kind regards,
