[셀프이민수속] #5. EOI 거부

EOI 를 제출하고 서류 준비를 하던 지난 금요일(11일)..

청천병력같은 EOI 거부 메일을 받았습니다.

거부 사유는 크게 두가지

1. 학력을 인정할 수 없다.

2. 경력을 인정할 수 없다.

학력에 대한 부분은 제 출신 대학교의 공학사가 2009년부터 인정된다는 것이 이유였습니다. 완벽한 제 실수이자 불찰!!

저도 NZQA 학력인증을 받아야 한다는 소리네요..

경력에 대한 부분이 문제인데...

담당자의 말로는 한국회사에 다닌 기간은 인정할 수없고, 미국회사에 다닌 경력만 인정한다는 것입니다.

그런데, 오퍼레이션 메뉴얼에 보면, 

Absolute Skill Shortage 의 직군일 경우, 국가에 상관없이 인정되고,

그렇지 않다고 하더라도, 한국은 인정받는 국가로 분명하게 명시되어 있습니다.

Work experience is assessed as being in a comparable labour market if it was undertaken in one of the following countries by:

a citizen or permanent resident of that country; or

a person who had the lawful authority to work in that country.

Netherlands

Canada

Norway

제가 학력을 인정받지 못했기때문에, 결국 경력인정이 안되는것이 맞지만,

저 담당자의 말데로, 한국회사에 대한 경력이 인정받지 못한다면, 그거야 말로 멘붕..

그래서 여기저게 백방으로 수소문중에 있습니다.

결론이 나면 다시 업데이트 하겠습니다!

드디어 이민성에서 답변이 왔습니다

Regarding the work experience, we are very sorry that your work experience in South Korea should be recognised and be qualified for 30 points. We sincerely apologise for this error. Your total EOI would be 75 then which is still under 100. Please get your qualification assessed by NZQA and edit your EOI to be eligible for our next selection.

자기네가 실수 했다는거네요!!

결국 학력은 제 실수라서 인정 못받앗고, 나머지 점수로 75점. 뭐 결과는 달라지지 않았지만, 암턴 경력이 인정받는다는것을 확인했네요!
